Event Rental

We have a large meeting hall that holds up to 97 seated people, 200 standing people. The meeting hall is equipped with a full-size kitchen. Outside the hall, we have a lovely patio covered by trellis, with a built-in barbecue for your outdoor parties. Beyond the patio is a large playground for your children, securely fenced so you can keep an eye on your kids, and equipped with kids play area (slides, etc.). There is room for a choir and an orchestra, and the acoustics are great. Imagine hosting a concert for your choir! Or the wedding of your dreams, followed by a reception in the meeting hall with its beautiful patio!

Our fees are...

FELLOWSHIP HALL CAPACITY: 200 STANDING - 97 SEATED

Rental Fees for the use of Fellowship Hall:

  • $350 Half-Day with No Kitchen Use (4 hours, including set-up and clean-up)
  • $450 Half-Day with Kitchen Use (4 hours, including set-up and clean-up)
  • $500 Whole Day with No Kitchen Use (8 hours, including set-up and clean-up)
  • $600 Whole Day with Kitchen Use (8 hours, including set-up and clean-up)
  • $75 Each additional hour the Tenant needs for set-up and/or clean-up (arranged in advance)

A $400 Reservation, Security and Damage Deposit is required from the

Tenant in the form of a check or money order. This deposit is refundable in full if all the conditions of this Covenant are met. FCC San Lorenzo [Owner] reserves the right to withhold part or all of the deposit if the conditions of this agreement are not met by Tenant. Once compliance with all the conditions of this Covenant have been verified by the Owner, the deposit will be returned within 10 days.
